Man arrested just after ‘punching and biting mum in dwelling invasion’

An Adelaide male accused of a terrifying household invasion that remaining a 35-12 months-aged mom with significant facial injuries has been arrested.

A 21-calendar year-outdated allegedly entered the Aldinga Seashore home about 9pm on Saturday and when he was approached by the girl allegedly punched her in the head.

He then allegedly bit her on the appropriate facet of the cheek and the reduced still left arm.

In the course of the ordeal the victim’s a few young children locked them selves in the bathroom of the Lovelock Road residence.

“She copped a bit of a hiding by the seems of it, but she gave him one far too by the sound of it. So, fantastic on her,” neighour Chris Bauer explained to 9Information.

The alleged offender was viewed strolling down nearby Follett Street when police found him.

“He was carrying on in the back again of the wagon,” witness Steve Browse instructed 9Information.

“He was bashing all around … no matter if he was bashing his head or his feet I you should not know.”

The mom was much too distraught to talk on digital camera about her ordeal.

Her 14-yr-aged daughter advised 9News she armed herself with a kitchen knife prior to locking herself and her two more youthful siblings, aged 5 and 8, in the bathroom.

The guy from Aldinga Beach front was arrested and billed with aggravated critical legal trespass, aggravated assault lead to damage.

He has been refused bail and will look in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court tomorrow.

Police say the investigation is continuing which includes the motive powering the assault.

The injured mom was handled at the scene by paramedics and then taken to Flinders Health-related Centre for remedy to her facial accidents. She is a stable issue.
