Clemson approves phase two of Bryan Mall, women’s sports expansion

Stage two of the Bryan Mall Corridor Higher Increase renovation was accepted by the Board of Trustees during their quarterly meeting on July 22.

Govt Vice President for Finance and Operations Tony Wagner proposed that the university move forward with phase two with a couple of alterations thanks to soaring building price ranges.

“Given this design industry, just one of the issues that we are recommending today is that we will go ahead with this task with Byrnes Hall challenge,” Wagner said.

Wagner reported that back again in October, they envisioned the Byrnes Hall renovation to charge close to $34 million, but it has since escalated significantly to about $52 million. He said that renovating Byrnes Hall will offer intelligence on present structures for other jobs.

Most of the finances will go to mechanical enhancements this sort of as roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical alternative.

Women’s sporting activities expansion system
