Tim Allen will honor a beloved character from his ’90s sitcom Residence Advancement during the unique Past Man Standing crossover episode airing Thursday night on Fox.
In the episode, titled “Dual Time,” Mike Baxter (Allen) has a tete-a-tete with Tim Taylor (also performed by Allen), a residence repairman who could be his twin. The Instrument Man brings up Wilson, his former neighbor who only showed 50 percent his deal with peeking earlier mentioned the picket fence that divided their homes throughout their many yard discussions.
Wilson was portrayed by Earl Hindman throughout 202 Home Improvement episodes that aired involving 1991 and 1999. The actor died of lung cancer in 2003, at 61.

In the exclusive clip higher than, Mike asks Tim, “Who was Wilson?”
“Just one of my neighbors, essentially,” Tim replies. “For numerous, several decades, I shared a great deal of things with him. He passed absent.” He afterwards provides, “I overlook Wilson. I miss a great deal of stuff.”
Allen tells EW of the tribute, “Earl meant the world to me and everybody at Household Enhancement. It was an natural and organic second to settle on, the two on the set and in our hearts.”
