The wallpaper accent wall is a fun and funky greeting as you enter the foyer.
The homeowners’ love for blue is shown in the dining room paint selection. The dining room chandelier was sourced locally from Rock House Antiques.
The blue and white chinaware provides a timeless palette that is the perfect balance with the antique chest and tea service.
The sitting area off the kitchen is a great place to entertain guests while cooking in the kitchen. High ceilings require a high dose of creativity. With the oversized art and large chandelier, that creativity was delivered by interior designer Heather Ware.
Using a collection of plates and art adds a dramatic touch to a casual dining nook.
The mixture of patterns provides warmth to a space with high ceilings.
The powder room can be the jewel of a home. The use of wallpaper on the walls and ceiling gave this one everything it needed to shine and more.
The Capiz Shell pink chandelier was just the right amount of pizzazz for this fabulous powder room.
The homeowners spend a majority of their time in the sunroom reading and watching sports. The wood panel ceiling adds another element of design.
One of the homeowners’ favorite local stores is Cottage Grove Vintage Market and everything on this table was sourced from there. The added colorful tassel placed on the lamp, brings all the colors together.
“Layers. Layers. Layers. Use what you love and love what you use,” says Heather Ware. The layers create a balance and tell a story.
The master bedroom suite is any homeowner’s dream. With a spacious sitting area overlooking the lush backyard and grand bathroom, it’s a vacation every day.
Local artist Marian Pouch’s framed llama prints were the perfect addition to this space.
Heather Ware carried the color from the bedroom into the master bath with the use of the custom coral ottoman, roman shade, and hand stenciled water closet.
The formal living room is in the center of the home. To add a fun visual the built-ins were painted a brilliant blue color to make them stand out.
The homeowner and interior designer were elated when they found the perfect piece of original art for this formal living room.
The vibrant jungle quilt at the foot of the bed was the inspiration for the color palette of this guest retreat.
The kelly green bamboo chest adds a wow factor to this guest retreat. The colorful pillows in the pair of chairs is a great way to continue the green while incorporating other colors into the space.
An extra bedroom upstairs lends itself to an additional sitting area for their guests to enjoy.
Using dark walls gives a sense of intrigue and luxe sophistication and are the perfect backdrop for patterns and textures.

Homeowners Teri and Ron Scheetz love every bit of their new and fun updated home.
Together, Teri and Heather started collecting, sourcing, and buying their favorite things on shopping trips once a week, a tradition that lasted a little bit over a year. Teri was tired of the “old world” decor feel of her home and wanted a total change.
First up was the master bedroom. Once that was completed, they worked on each main level room one-by-one. At the beginning of the project the intention was to just upgrade the main level, but once the downstairs became this fabulous it just wasn’t fair to the rest of the house to stop.
