Pregnant Olivia Bowen has given fans a glimpse into her latest renovation project with hubby Alex after the married pair successfully refurbished Alex’s childhood home.
The former Love Island star is no stranger to sharing behind the scenes pics and DIY updates from her £1m mansion in Essex, which she documents on a dedicated Instagram page, @thebowenhome.
But now, having already proven they’re a dab hand at redecorating, the couple are moving on to their next grand design adventure.
Olivia shared a first look into their new residence by posting a black and white picture to The Bowen Home social media account, where they’ve already racked up an impressive 773k followers.
She captioned the post: “Some very exciting news… we have our next renovation project
“Cannot wait to sink our teeth into this one, it is so lovely & has so much potential to be the perfect family home. We’ll be renting it out as soon as it’s done!”

“As you guys know we bought Alexs old family home a couple years ago & renovated that which we absolutely loved & his grandparents now live in it!
“We are so excited to have our second property.
“This is something I’ve always wanted to do as a career prospect so it’s going to be amazing to get this turned around & onto the next one
“We’ll make sure to do lots of updates & show you pics & videos along the way as well as tips & tricks, it’s gonna be a good one for before & afters”.

As well as making their £1 million Essex mansion look spectacular, the couple are waiting to welcome home their first child after Olivia officially began maternity leave.
Olivia is now in her third trimester, and while she has “loved being pregnant”, her patience has now “gone out the window”, which she demonstrated in a hilarious TikTok video.
But, speaking of windows, another recent renovation update for their family home was a “pretty” window in the baby’s nursery room.
Olivia said: “We were so unsure on how we felt about putting a covering on this window, as the view is just so stunning it felt like such a shame to obstruct it in anyway.”
She added: “Obviously with it being a nursery it was an absolute non negotiable as we needed it to be as dark as possible in there, so we had to go for it!”
In an earlier nursery post, she called it her “little dream in a room” and says that it “turned out to be more than [she] even imagined”.
