Cpl. Jacob M. Moore, 24, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky was a person of 4 Marines who died immediately after the U.S. Marine Corps’ MV 22 Osprey crashed throughout a education mission in Nordland County, Norway in assistance of Exercising Cold Response 2022.
