A highly predicted household enhancement retail store could shortly be beginning design in Leland.
Lowe’s Property Advancement obtained preliminary zoning and site prepare approval to establish a 113,860-square-foot store at the Leland City Centre. The keep will also include a 27,720-square-foot yard center.

According to Leland planning director Ben Andrea, building permits have also been submitted and are pending approval now. A community provider division evaluation is the remaining hurdle right before development would be in a position to start.
