Jersey Shore condo to Beach Townhouse Update

Hi there strangers!  Here I am to apparent out the cobwebs of this dusty corner of the interwebs to provide you an update.  Last drop we moved out of our seaside rental and moved down the street into a seaside townhouse. (Im even now quite a lot living in Brooklyn and I will by no means go away NYC so no anxieties there!) It truly is not very a good “Seashore House” but obtaining at any time so a great deal nearer to residing my Nancy Meyers / Diane Keaton A thing Has Got to Give dreams – at minimum on the weekends and in New Jersey.  Ok maybe it really is additional Snooki than Diane Keaton but allow me have my fantansies!

While we usually planned on building some (ok, a ton of) changes, we imagined we could hold out a year or two to deal with those people.  It didn’t consider lengthy to notice those plans ended up heading out the window and specified items experienced to adjust straight away.  One point direct to a further, yada, yada, yada…and we have been in entire renovation manner.

Many thanks to covid and provide chain and plenty of other very little bitty issues that include up, we have been functioning on the world’s slowest renovation at any time.  Thankfully we are ever so slowly but surely obtaining toward the end line of our authentic assignments and I’m psyched to share these with you.

We have finished 2 lavatory renovations and are almost done with the kitchen.  But these call for a good deal much more backstory.  So let’s close out present-day publish with a hyperlapse video clip of the Mr. & I in our pajamas building our patio into a tiny outdoor residing space (even though our indoor living place is torn to shreds!).

Not likely to lie. Im actually happy with how this turned out even with it getting just a random selection of pieces I uncovered at significant box shops. It truly normally takes this tiny patio from useless outdoor place to out of doors dwelling place.
