‘Home Improvement’ stars Tim Allen, Richard Karn reunite for new levels of competition sequence ‘Assembly Required’

“Home Improvement” stars Tim Allen and Richard Karn are reuniting for a new levels of competition present.

A lot more than two decades after the two co-starred on the sitcom, the actors are government creating a sequence for the Heritage Channel with the doing the job title, “Assembly Required.” It is slated to premiere in 2021.

Allen, 67, is starring in the series alongside Karn, 64, who will host the exhibit.

“Albert Einstein the moment reported, ‘I’m not a genius, I’m just passionately curious,’” Allen reported. “Nicely, let’s get curious! Even a chimpanzee would at minimum display curiosity, ideal? Wait – I consider I just came up with one more concept for the demonstrate!”

In addition to contestants tasked with rebuilding and improving upon damaged things, Allen and Karn will “dive into the distinctive history” of the residence items and highlight the authentic creators.

“Our record is defined by the innovations of common dreamers developing incredible points, from Thomas Edison’s mild bulb to the Wright brothers’ initial flight,” Eli Lehrer, executive vice president and general supervisor for the Heritage Channel, said.
