A midstate home improvement company is expanding to Alabama.
West Shore Home has acquired Alabama-based bath remodeler, C&C Enterprises, which operated as New Bath Alabama. The transaction took place on Monday. West Shore now has physical locations in Huntsville, Birmingham and Montgomery.
The acquisition of the Alabama company is the fifth acquisition for West Shore Home since 2018. Those acquisitions have expanded West Shore Home into Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Texas.
In July, West Shore Home expanded into Virginia in July when it acquired Advantage Home Products Inc., a bathroom remodeling company based in Hampton, Virginia. In November 2019, West Shore Home acquired Florida-based Fairbanks Construction, a window and bath company. West Shore Home acquired Kentucky-based America’s Window LLC, a window, bath and siding company in the summer of 2019. In November 2018, the company expanded into North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia when it acquired Brytons Home Improvement, a shower and bath remodeling company, based in North Carolina.
West Shore home now has 20 operational locations including locations in Lower Allen Township and Pittsburgh.
And a new headquarters in the midstate is on the way for West Shore Home. Last year, West Shore Home purchased a 55,000-square-foot property at 3 Crossgates Drive in Hampden Township to replace its headquarters on Simpson Ferry Road in Lower Allen Township. Renovations are expected to be completed on the new headquarters next month.
B.J. Werzyn president, CEO of West Shore Home founded the company in 2006.
