KENT, Ohio (WOIO) – The person accused of capturing two Kent law enforcement officers just after breaking into a Kent property was arraigned in Portage County Municipal Court Tuesday early morning.
Dante Dixon, 40, pleaded not guilty to the prices of aggravated theft and felonious assault on police officers and was requested held on a $1 million bond.
Prosecutors explained Dixon has an in depth felony record and was just released from jail.
Kent police explained Dixon broke into a property in the 1500 block of E. Summit Road wherever a 14-calendar year-old babysitter was dwelling alone with a one particular-calendar year-outdated youngster Saturday early morning.
